1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. General

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with them.

By placing an order with T-Labz Technologies, you agree to this policy.

2. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver nationwide within South Africa
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses

3. Delivery Fees

  • Gauteng (Local): R99 for orders under R1999
  • National: R139 for orders under R1999

Additional charges may apply for bulky or heavy items due to courier requirements. These will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Peak periods (e.g. Black Friday): up to 10 working days

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Same-Day Delivery (Where Available)

Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Tracking details will be sent via email and may take up to 12 hours to reflect.

6. Shipping Errors & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, any additional delivery or return costs will be for the customer’s account.

7. Delivery, Risk & Proof

Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility passes to the customer.

Courier tracking and delivery confirmation will be accepted as proof of delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

9. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.
