1. GENERAL

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.

2. SHIPPING ERRORS & DISPUTES

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected before dispatch, the customer will bear the cost of returning and/or reshipping the order.

We use reliable delivery services with tracking systems. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery responsibility lies with the courier. Tracking and delivery confirmation will serve as proof of delivery.

Delivery Surcharge for Bulky or Heavier Items

Please note that a delivery surcharge may apply for bulky or heavier items due to increased handling and courier costs. This surcharge will be communicated to you prior to dispatch and is based on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

4. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to most physical addresses within South Africa. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or internationally.

5. DELIVERY SCHEDULE & TIMEFRAMES

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday), it may take up to 10 working days. We will notify you of any substantial delays due to stock or courier issues.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays including Good Friday, December 25–26, and January 1.

Same-Day Delivery Order Cut-Off Time: Orders eligible for same-day delivery must be placed before 10:00 AM on business days. Orders received after this time will be processed for delivery on the next business day.

Delivery Surcharge for Bulky Items: A delivery surcharge may apply for bulky or heavier items due to increased handling and courier costs. This surcharge will be communicated prior to dispatch.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

We take great care to ensure all orders are securely packaged. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days. We will arrange collection and send a replacement after inspection.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order using your order ID and email at https://t-labz.com/track-order/. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to reflect.

All delivery times are provided in good faith and are estimates only.
