    What is the status of my order?

    Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email with your order tracking information. Alternatively, you can use your order id and email address to track your order on https://t-labz.com/track-order

    Please note it may take up to 12hours for order to reflect on our tracking portal.

    All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

    We additionally offer support for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Bank Deposits, No Cheque deposits. Cash Deposit at FNB ATM Advance Vista/ Master Card,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, instantEFT, FNBPAY, zapper, SnapScan, mobicred, payflex, PayFast, SCode, MoreTyme, RCS, MasterPass.

    You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

    How can I return an item?
    To return an item, please email customer service at info@t-labz.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number via email including the address for you to send your returned purchase. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then courier your return to the address provided in the email:
     
    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable courier method to send your return. 
     
    We do cannot guarantee that we will receive your package, hence we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
     

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

    How long does it take to ship my order?

     

    • We deliver Mon - Fri, 08:00am - 17:00pm excluding Public Holidays
    • Delivery takes 3 - 5 workings days. Where unforeseeable delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you if we believe there will be a substantial delay in your delivery
    • We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa, however, we do not deliver to PO boxes or internationally

    • Orders under R1999 –-> R69 delivery fee – Local delivery within Gauteng only
    • Orders under R1999 –-> R99 delivery fee – Nationwide courier delivery – excluding Gauteng

    Can I collect my order from your office?

    During and post the Corona Pandemic, collections from our office are currently not available. We are continouosly looking for various ways to improve the shopping experience of our customers however their safety and that of our staff is also priority.
