This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping Errors & Disputes

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify our Customer Care before the order is packed and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrect shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.

We use reliable delivery services that offer sophisticated tracking systems to monitor the status and confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivering the order lies with the delivery service. Accordingly, in the event a customer claims an order was not received, the tracking information, along with any delivery confirmation, in the delivery service’s tracking system will serve as the proof of delivery.

What are our delivery fees?

  • Orders under R1999 –-> R69 delivery fee – Local delivery within Gauteng only
  • Orders under R1999 –-> R99 delivery fee – Nationwide courier delivery – excluding Gauteng
  • Orders over R1999 –-> FREE DELIVERY nationwide!
  • Collection –-> During and post the Corona Pandemic, collections from our office are currently not available. We are continouosly looking for various ways to improve the shopping experience of our customers however their safety and that of our staff is also priority. 

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa. We do not deliver to post boxes or internationally.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on where your order is going, deliveries will usually take between 3 – 5 working days, however during peak periods like Black Friday this may take up to 10 working days. Where unforeseeable delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you if we believe there will be a substantial delay in your delivery. 

What are your delivery times?

We deliver from Monday to Friday (08h00 – 17h00). We do not deliver on Good Friday, the 25th and 26th of December, the 1st of January or any other public holiday in South Africa. We do not deliver on weekends.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our outmost to ensure that all orders are sufficiently packaged. If you receive any damaged items please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will collect the item and upon inspection send a replacement as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email with your order tracking information. Alternatively, you can use your order id and email address to track your order on
